Regal Ware to relocate headquarters to Park Place in Milwaukee

The Cookware Manufacturer Regal Ware Inc. has finalized a lease at Park Place in Milwaukee's far northwest side. In March, the company said that it would likely relocate its corporate headquarters from Kewaskum to northwestern Milwaukee County.

Chief marketing officer Milissa Ric said on Tuesday that 'it is the destination we are heading to'.

Rick says that Regal Ware still needs to finalize the details of the lease. She expects this to happen by the end May. She said that the company wants to move into its new home after January 1, 2024.

Rick stated that the company would lease one floor of 11270 W. Park Place. One Park Plaza is the building's name, and it has tenants such as A.O. Smith Corp., The Manitowoc Co. and Douglas Dynamics Inc. are all tenants of One Park Plaza.

In a permit application filed with the City of Milwaukee, Regal Ware is shown as adding its name to the monument sign at the Park Place Office Building.

In a press release from March, the company stated that it planned to sell its HQ as part of a strategy aligning the assets of the company with Regal Ware’s current business requirements. Rick stated that the company was looking for space to accommodate about 35 employees from its holding company.

Rick stated in March that Regal Ware had been looking at Milwaukee County because of its proximity to the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport as well as "other resources" in the Milwaukee region.

The village government of Kewaskum plans to build a civic centre after Regal Ware leaves its long-time Kewaskum HQ. This center will include a village hall, police department, library, and space for community programming.
