Par Pacific Holdings Inc.

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. operates energy and infrastructure businesses. It operates in the following segments: Refining and Retail, Logistics, as well as Other. The Refining section produces ultra-low-sulfur diesel, gasoline and jet fuel, as well as low sulfur fuel oil and other related refined products. The Retail segment sells gasoline and diesel as well as retail merchandise. The Logistics segment includes terminals, pipelines and single-point mooring. It also handles trucking operations that distribute refined products on the Hawaiian islands of Oahu and Maui. Houston, Texas is the headquarters of the company. It was established on December 21, 1984.
