Naked Wardrobe buys Calabasas office building for new headquarters
The property was renovated and is now the headquarters for Harbor Freight Tools.
Naked Wardrobe has moved its headquarters to Calabasas after buying a class A property.
Reonomy reports that the clothing brand purchased a 90000-square-foot property at 26541 Agoura Road, costing $18,3 million. This is an expansion of its Northridge location.
The property, located in a location with many amenities off the 101 Freeway was previously the home of Harbor Freight Tools Inc.
CBRE brokers Mark Perry and Michael Slater represented the seller Edgemark Littleton LLC, based in Los Angeles, and the Murray S. Pepper Trust. Scott Murphy, of Ella Valley Investments also represented the seller.
Perry said that the property had recently been renovated and was now better suited to be used by a single tenant than by multiple tenants.
