Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, a centrist Democrat, on Sunday wouldn't rule out running for the 2024 presidential nomination, potentially pitting him against President Biden.
'I'm not taking anything off the table. And I'm not putting anything on the table,' Mr. Manchin said on CBS News when asked about a run for president. Earlier in the show, he declined to say if he would endorse President Biden if he runs for re-election. Mr. Biden
