Tippecanoe River in Ora affecting Kosciusko and Fulton IN, Starke Pulaski, Marshall Counties. Henry County is affected by the Maumee River near Napoleon. Henry and Defiance Counties are affected by the Maumee River close to Defiance. Maumee River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN & Paulding Counties. Saint Marys River is near Decatur and affects Adams, Allen IN, and Van Wert Counties. Saint Joseph River Michigan in South Bend affecting Berrien and Elkhart Counties. The Flood Warning has been extended to the following rivers in Ohio: Auglaize River, near Fort Jennings, affecting Putnam and Allen OH as well as Paulding Counties.
