Dollar General reformulates and rebrands its cat and dog food line Nature's Menu

Dollar General Corp., DG, +0.75% announced Tuesday that it had reformulated and rebranded Nature's Menu, its line of dog and cat food. The company stated that its pet food is now available in its network. It contains real beef, lamb, or cage-free chicken from farms, as well as vegetables.

Dollar General stock has experienced a 4% gain over the past 12 months while the S&P 500 SPX (+0.07%) has fallen 5.4%.
