The DOJ has now stated that excessive force and racism were routine among Minneapolis Police Officers, three years after the murder of George Floyd by police. The gunman who carried out the most deadly antisemitic assault has also been convicted on 63 federal charges, including capital crimes that could result in the death penalty.
